The AI Circular Economy Conference 2026, organised by nova-Institute, will take place on 4–5 March 2026 in Cologne, Germany, and online, bringing together leading experts from research, industry and technology. The conference explores how artificial intelligence is accelerating the transition towards a circular and renewable carbon economy. Alongside the high-level conference program, one format plays a particularly important role: the Poster Session. Call for posters is open until 28 January 2026.

The Poster Session offers researchers a dedicated space to present current studies, ongoing projects and innovative approaches — including work that may not yet be ready for a full conference presentation. Especially for early-stage research, methodological developments, demonstrators and interdisciplinary concepts, the poster format enables focused, in-depth discussions in an open and interactive setting.
Direct exchange with participants from academia, industry, start-ups and policy fosters meaningful dialogue and often serves as a starting point for new collaborations, joint projects and knowledge transfer into real-world applications. The Poster Session is deliberately designed as a low-threshold yet high-quality format, where scientific insight meets practical relevance.
Through the Call for Posters, nova-Institute invites researchers from universities, research organisations and innovation projects to submit their work. Contributions are welcome in areas including, but not limited to:
The call explicitly encourages submissions from early-career researchers, PhD candidates and interdisciplinary teams seeking to present their work within an international, application-oriented conference environment.

Participating in the Poster Session offers multiple benefits for researchers:
In the rapidly evolving field of AI and circular economy — where technological innovation, market dynamics and regulatory frameworks are closely intertwined — such exchange is essential.
The AI Circular Economy Conference is a platform for active participation in shaping the transition towards a renewable carbon economy. The Poster Session is a key element of this mission.
Researchers are warmly invited to respond to the Call for Posters, share their work, gain visibility and contribute to advancing the role of artificial intelligence in building a circular and sustainable materials economy.
